5.1 Due to the digital nature of the Images, we do not offer refunds.

9.1 We may terminate your access to the Site and your license to use the Images immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
